THE PROBLEM WITH MOST PATCH SUPPLIERS
Custom clothing patches are one of the most versatile branding tools in the market — and one of the most frustrating to order. Every site wants a minimum of 50. Half of them charge for proofs. And when the patches arrive, the colours are off.
We built this differently.
You get exactly what you designed — Pantone-matched, proofed before a single stitch runs, shipped duty-free to your door. Whether you need one patch for a jacket or 10,000 for a uniform rollout, the process is the same.
Upload your artwork. Approve your proof. We handle the rest.

WHY CHOOSE US
Most suppliers want 50–500 pieces before they'll take your order. One patch gets the same free Pantone-matched proof as 10,000. No small-order surcharge. No setup fee.
Every order gets a free Pantone-matched digital proof within 24 hours. You review it. You approve it. Then — and only then — we produce. Nothing ships without your sign-off.
Revisions are free. All of them. We've had customers go through 6 rounds — still free, still shipped on time. Your patch should match your vision, not a compromise.
Your quote is your total. We ship to 50+ countries and handle customs clearance. No surprise invoice at your door. What you see is what you pay.
Colour accuracy is where most patch suppliers fail. We match to your Pantone codes — calibrated before production begins. PMS 186 C means PMS 186 C. Every run.
If the patches don't match the approved proof — colour, stitch, edge, or backing — we remake them. Not conditional. Not fine print. Every single order.
REAL ORDERS
A streetwear brand had a drop date locked — retail partners waiting, pre-orders live. 8,500 embroidered patches, 75% thread coverage, custom shield shape, sew-on backing. Colours had to match a brand guide three years in the making.
First proof in 22 hours. PMS 186 C feedback — adjusted and resubmitted same day. Second proof approved. Patches shipped 11 days later.
The drop sold out in 4 hours. They've run three more batches since.
A private golf club with tiered membership — Founding, Premier, and Elite levels — wanted patches as part of their welcome kit. Different design per tier, applied to bags, hats, jackets, and shirts. Four quarterly runs per year.
The challenge was consistency. A patch made in Q1 had to match one in Q4. We store thread codes and machine settings against their account — every reorder is identical to the original.
The team's kit manager had a problem: the season opener was 12 days out and their previous supplier fell through. 200 embroidered patches, team crest, 75% coverage, sew-on, Pantone blue to match existing kit.
Artwork Monday. Proof Tuesday 9am. Approved Tuesday afternoon. Shipped Friday. Arrived Monday — two days before the opener.
WHAT CUSTOMERS SAY
"I've worked with four patch suppliers over two years. Every single one had a colour issue on the first run. This was the first time I approved the proof and the production batch matched exactly. PMS 186 C came back looking exactly like it does on our brand guide. I can't overstate how rare that is."
"I needed 25 patches for a team jacket project. Every other supplier turned me away or charged a small-order fee that doubled the price. No minimum here, no surcharge. Patches arrived in 14 days, colours matched, sew-on held through the first wash."
"Season opener was 12 days out when our previous supplier fell through. Sent the artwork Monday morning. Had a proof Tuesday. Approved Tuesday afternoon. Patches arrived the Monday before the game. Never had a supplier hit a window that tight and still get the colour right on the first proof."
WHO WE ARE
Most patch suppliers are brokers. They take your order, send it offshore, and hope it comes back looking close enough. You're one layer removed from production — and when something's wrong, you're one layer removed from getting it fixed.
We manufacture through owned production facilities and direct factory operations. We run Tajima industrial embroidery machines. In-house digitisation. Our team understands stitch density, thread behaviour, Pantone matching, and patch construction through hands-on production — not account management.
We'll be direct about one thing: not every design translates perfectly to embroidery. Fine gradients, photographic images, and designs under 1 inch with intricate text have physical limits in thread. We'll tell you that before production begins — not after. That honesty is what makes us worth using twice.

COMMON QUESTIONS
There is no minimum. You can order 1 patch or 100,000 — the process is exactly the same. Free Pantone-matched proof in 24 hours, unlimited revisions, no setup fee, no small-order surcharge.
Most patch suppliers require 50–500 pieces before they'll accept an order. We built our process to serve individuals, small teams, and bulk buyers equally.
Pricing starts from $0.30 per patch at 500+ units for standard embroidered patches. Single patches typically run $8–$15 depending on size and style. Every quote includes worldwide shipping, Pantone matching, artwork digitisation, and unlimited revisions.
Pricing tiers apply at 100, 500, and 1,000 units.
Standard production is 10–14 business days after you approve your proof. Rush production is available on most orders — 5 business days from approval. The proof itself arrives within 24 hours of artwork submission.
It depends on the clothing and how the patch will be used. Embroidered patches are the most common for uniforms, jackets, and team apparel. Woven patches work better for fine text and small logos. Leather patches suit premium fashion applications. PVC patches are best for outdoor gear and waterproof applications.
Iron-on backing works best on natural fibre fabrics: 100% cotton, denim, canvas. It is not recommended for nylon, polyester synthetics, or waterproof membranes — the heat required damages synthetic fibres before the adhesive bonds.
For synthetic garments, sew-on or velcro backing is the reliable alternative.
Yes. Free worldwide shipping is included on all orders, and we handle customs clearance on our end — no import duties or customs invoices on arrival. We ship to 50+ countries. Your quote is your total cost.
We accept AI, EPS, and PDF files as preferred formats — vector files give us the cleanest base for digitisation. We also accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PSD, BMP, TIF, and TIFF. If you don't have existing artwork, tell us your concept — our team builds the design from scratch at no extra cost.
Thread: Polyester for all standard colours — colourfast, UV-resistant, and wash-stable. Metallic thread in gold, silver, and coloured metallics also available. Base material: Polyester twill for most applications. Alternative bases including felt, ballistic nylon, canvas, and reflective fabric available for specific use cases.
