CLOTHING LABELS
Brand tags, care labels, neck labels, hem labels — produced in the same process as woven patches, same construction quality, same Pantone-matched thread. Available from 1 inch on any dimension. Sew-in or iron-on backing.
Hot-cut edge — no fraying. 3/8 inch to 1 inch standard width, custom length. Woven sew-in labels survive repeated industrial washing at higher temperatures without separation or fading. Minimum 10 pieces.
The flat profile suits cap application particularly well — no raised thread to create bulk under a cap brim, and the tight weave gives fine logo detail on the structured front panel. Available in any size with iron-on or sew-on backing.
Choose woven: text under 4mm tall, lines thinner than 1mm, multiple small details, flat surface preferred, clothing label format. Choose embroidered: bold logo, raised texture desired, uniforms and classic badge use, text over 4mm tall.
