APPLICATIONS
Plate carriers, chest rigs, duty vests, helmets — PVC patches are the standard for unit insignia, rank identifiers, and morale patches on tactical gear. PVC doesn't absorb moisture, doesn't fray from velcro contact, and holds colour under UV exposure.
A clean PVC patch on a structured cap adds dimension that a flat printed patch can't. For snapbacks, trucker hats, and fitted caps, PVC hat patches in 2–3 inch sizes sit cleanly on the front panel. Velcro or sew-on backing.

Yes. PVC is fully waterproof by construction — the rubber compound doesn't absorb moisture, and the colour fill is contained within the molded surface. UV-resistant and fade-resistant under prolonged outdoor exposure.
Base pricing includes 2 solid colour fills. Up to 4 colours for additional cost. Important: PVC patches use solid colour fills only — gradients and photographic reproduction are not possible. If your design requires gradients, printed patches (dye-sublimation) are the right alternative.
A narrow recessed groove that runs around the perimeter of the PVC patch, created in the mold. It provides a guide for stitching the patch onto a garment — making hand or machine sewing significantly easier.
