Most patch suppliers are brokers. They take your order, send it offshore, and hope it comes back looking close enough. You're one layer removed from production — and when something's wrong, you're one layer removed from getting it fixed.

We manufacture through owned production facilities and direct factory operations. We run Tajima industrial embroidery machines — the same equipment used by the largest patch manufacturers in the world. In-house digitisation means your artwork goes through our production team before it touches a machine.

When you request a revision, it goes directly to the person who made the proof. No middleman. No relay. No "we'll pass that on."

We'll also be direct about one thing: not every design translates perfectly to embroidery. Fine gradients, photographic images, and designs under 1 inch with intricate text have physical limits in thread. We'll tell you that before production begins — not after. If printed is the better option for your artwork, we'll say so. That kind of honesty is what makes a supplier worth using twice.
