The classic combination. For varsity and letterman jackets: large embroidered crest at 75–100% thread coverage. For denim jackets: 2–3 inch custom-shape patches. For work jackets: name patches and logo patches with sew-on backing.
Standard embroidered hat patches run 2–3 inches wide and sit flat on the structured front panel of a baseball cap, trucker hat, or snapback. Iron-on backing applied with a hat-specific heat press gives clean results.
